The listings catalog is the second pillar of bitrealtor. It opens after the publication has an audience and the moderation pipeline is in place. The target is a worldwide catalog where the price tag is in BTC and stables, not a footnote in fiat.
What it will be:
- Real photographs only. No AI-generated property images.
- Headline price in BTC and the seller's preferred stablecoin.
- Accepted-payment terms above the fold: BTC, stablecoin, either, or partial-fiat-allowed.
- Inquiries routed to Balboa Exchange for execution. We do not run our own qualification flow.
