What we collect today: email address, declared role, country, and optional free-text from the mailing-list signup. We do not run third-party trackers (no PostHog, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Fullstory). Server analytics are first-party and anonymised.

Subscribers can request export or deletion of their data at any time by emailing the address on the contact page (forthcoming).

Final privacy policy will be published with counsel review before any user-generated content or listings surfaces ship.
